Here the scribbler will give an attempt at asking the reader to consider that non Calvinists and Calvinists can find unity in the gospel of Jesus Christ and in service to God the Father by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
All that the Father giveth me shall come to me
;and
him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
Imagine, if for only a moment, that ;and are shaking hands.
The Calvinist
comes to John 6:37 and reads:
All that the Father giveth me (the elect) shall come to me.
They can shout, Amen! Praise the Lord!
The non Calvinist
comes to John 6:37 and reads:
Him (the whosoever) that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
They can shout, Amen! Praise the Lord!
Perhaps the scribbler is merely a man lost in his own folly.
But can anyone else squint to see the unity found in this verse?
All who come to Jesus Christ, in repentance and faith, will be saved.
